My name is Ovidiu! I started my IT career as a developer in 2008, working long hours in chaotic environments where deadlines were missed more often than not.
In 2012, I made a shift that changed the course of my career—I discovered how disciplined, sustainable practices could transform not just teams, but entire organizations.
Since 2014 I started working as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master. In the past 11 years, I’ve trained 500+ people, coached 100+ leaders, and participated in 15+ organizational transformations. I’ve learned what makes great leaders and teams thrive, and now I want to share those lessons with you.
